INFORMATION FOR SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

STUDENTS CAN SUBMIT APPLICATIONS

AT THE SECRETARIAT DURING PUBLIC HOURS

Note:

1. Eligible Students: Students who have accumulated the total number of credits for the previous academic year (60 credits + 2 additional credits for Physical Education and Sports). Senior students must be FULL-TIME students in the previous academic years leading up to the current year.

2. Average net income per capita for the last 12 months = 2363 lei / family member, corresponding to the period: October 2023 – September 2024. For each family member, a copy of the identity card must be submitted (for children under 14 years, birth certificates are required). Social investigation is mandatory if no one in the student's family, including the student, has any income or if at least one parent of the student works or resides abroad. Only permanent net incomes obtained in the last 12 months prior to the application (October 2023 – September 2024), earned by family members, are subject to income tax.

3. Applications must be accompanied by the Student's Consent and that of each family member regarding the processing of personal data (Appendix no. 3), Income Declaration (Appendix no. 2), and the relevant supporting documents.

4. Incomplete applications at the end of the submission period will not be considered by the scholarship committee.

Note: The final number of scholarship recipients per academic year who have applied for the scholarship will be determined by the scholarship committee based on the proportionality criterion, depending on the amount of scholarships (Social scholarship – 900 lei, performance I – 1100 lei, and performance II – 1000 lei) and the scholarship fund allocated to the Faculty.
